As we are in your home, your arrival time is entirely at your convenience — though to make the most of your reservation, we suggest arriving just before your reserved time. If you arrive late, we may shorten your treatment appropriately.
Please inform the Spa of any cancellations as soon as possible. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the total amount will be charged.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.
